With a solid career in the field, Reisdorfer brings nearly two decades of experience. He has a solid academic background, was a professor in postgraduate courses, and is a member of various institutions and committees focused on public procurement, administrative contracts, regulation, and arbitration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Holding a Master’s and PhD in State Law from USP, Reisdorfer has published articles in legal collections and specialized journals, and is the author of the books “Responsabilidade pr\u00e9-contratual do Estado” (Pre-contractual Liability of the State), Editora F\u00f3rum, “Dialogo Competitivo: o regime da Lei no 14.133\/2021 e sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s licita\u00e7\u00f5es de contratos de concess\u00e3o e parcerias p\u00fablico-privadas” (Competitive Dialogue: the regime under Law 14.133\/2021 and its application to concession contracts and public-private partnerships), 2nd edition, Editora F\u00f3rum, and “Direito Urban\u00edstico Contratual: dos atos negociais aos contratos de gest\u00e3o urbana” (Contractual Urban Planning Law: from negotiated acts to urban management contracts), 2nd print, published by Lumen Juris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n He is also listed as an arbitrator by the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Commercial Association of Paran\u00e1 (ARBITAC) and the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of the Federation of Industries of Paran\u00e1 (CAM-FIEP).
