SiqueiraCastro Opens New Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro

The firm establishes its address at Torre Almirante, in a move aligned with its current strategic moment.

SiqueiraCastro opened its new Rio de Janeiro headquarters on August 10, located at Torre Almirante, a Class A corporate building in the city center. The move is part of a strategic effort aligned with the firm’s positioning as a business consultancy powered by legal intelligence.

The approach chosen for the new space reflects a premise that speaks directly to SiqueiraCastro’s values: transforming through strategy. The architectural changes create a sober, elegant environment marked by contemporary design. The project was developed by D+E Turnkey, an architecture and engineering firm specialized in large-scale corporate projects.

The space was designed to foster collaboration among teams and integrate the firm’s different practice areas, reflecting in the physical environment the multidisciplinary culture that guides the firm’s work. The infrastructure includes meeting rooms, communal areas, and technology suited to the demands of a full-solution consultancy with national reach and international alliances.

“When we choose a new address, we’re telling people who we are and where we’re headed. We are investing in Rio de Janeiro with conviction and a long-term vision. A good environment is a condition for good work. When the team comes together, collaborates, and takes pride in where they are, that comes through to the client,” says Carlos Fernando Siqueira Castro, CEO of SiqueiraCastro Advogados.

Torre Almirante brings together design, technology, and sustainability in a structure that rises 120 meters in the heart of downtown Rio. The building holds LEED v4.1 O+M Gold and Fitwel 2-Star Rating certifications, international benchmarks for built-environment quality and workplace well-being.

The location strengthens the operation’s reach. With direct access to Santos Dumont Airport, the Praça XV Ferry Terminal, the VLT light rail, and the Carioca metro station, the new address expands connections with clients, partners, and employees across the greater metropolitan area.

The choice of building, the location, the architectural decisions — every aspect aligns with SiqueiraCastro’s DNA and its commitments as a signatory of the UN Global Compact, making sustainability an integral part of its operations.
