Internal professionals strengthen the firm’s integrated practice across two strategic
areas, with a consolidated presence and coordinated action at the national level

São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, April 2026 — SiqueiraCastro announces the promotion of four associate attorneys to equity partners in two practice areas: Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, and White-Collar Corporate Crime. All four are homegrown professionals who have built their careers within the firm itself and now join the partnership with an in-depth knowledge of SiqueiraCastro’s culture, clients, and working methodology.

“Promoting talent developed in-house is a meaningful cultural statement. When someone grows at SiqueiraCastro and reaches the partnership, they bring not only technical competence but the firm’s DNA: ethics, strategic vision, technical excellence, and commitment to our clients”, states Carlos Fernando Siqueira Castro, CEO.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: Expansion and Strategy

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration is one of SiqueiraCastro’s priority growth areas. With the addition of two new equity partners, the practice expands its leadership capacity to accelerate market growth in complex disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, mediation, and strategic advisory in complex commercial litigation.

Caroline Gomes Tabach da Rocha has more than 15 years of experience in the management of dispute resolution, arbitration proceedings, and mediation. A member of the firm since 2013, she handles domestic and international cases spanning civil liability and contract disputes, corporate litigation, regulatory matters, insurance, administrative misconduct, unfair competition, and succession and asset planning.

“I built my professional career primarily at SiqueiraCastro. This promotion is the recognition of work that has always been guided by the delivery of effective solutions to our clients, with strategy and technical depth”, states Caroline.

Alberto Luiz Raffaini de Almeida Santos has more than 15 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. His practice focuses on civil, corporate, real estate, and urban law, with consolidated expertise in the strategic management of litigation matters, handling of disputes, and high-value negotiations.

“This promotion represents the recognition of work built with dedication and a focus on results. My commitment remains the same: to handle complex disputes with technical rigor, strategic vision, and full alignment with our clients’ objectives”, states Alberto Luiz.

White-Collar Corporate Crime: Federated Leadership with Regional Expertise

The practice now counts on two equity partners promoted simultaneously across the firm’s two main offices: Gilberto Alves Júnior in São Paulo and Raphael Coelho dos Santos in Rio de Janeiro. The move consolidates a federated leadership structure, grounded in deep local knowledge and the capacity for coordinated action at the national level.

Gilberto Alves Júnior has more than 20 years of experience in Criminal Law, with an emphasis on White-Collar Corporate Crime. His practice covers all areas of criminal litigation, with a strong track record in criminal tax, environmental, consumer, and competition matters across the national territory. He has extensive experience in developing legal strategies in the context of corporate crisis management, criminal negotiations, and legal risk mitigation.

“The growing complexity of criminal demands in the corporate environment requires an increasingly coordinated and strategic approach. Our focus is to strengthen this approach, connecting technical expertise with business realities and risk management”, states Gilberto.

Raphael Coelho dos Santos has approximately 15 years of experience in WhiteCollar Corporate Crime at SiqueiraCastro, having previously worked at renowned criminal law boutiques. He has a distinguished track record in strategic matters related to criminal compliance, corporate criminal liability, and sensitive
investigations involving companies and senior executives. He represents clients across all levels of the Brazilian judiciary and advises corporations on the design and implementation of integrity programs, governance policies, and criminal risk prevention mechanisms.

“Taking on the role of partner at this moment reflects the evolution of an increasingly strategic and preventive approach to White-Collar Corporate Crime – made possible by our national reach and our full-service structure. We remain committed to contributing to sound decisions, aligned with governance and the risk mitigation needs of organizations”, states Raphael.
